Wrong Item Received?

Please contact us by telephone or email as soon as you can if you have received the wrong item. If your order was delivered by Citylink we will arrange them to collect the incorrect item and deliver the correct one. If your order was delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce we will refund you with the cost of posting the incorrect item back to us and send out the correct item once we receive the incorrect goods back.

Changed your mind?

If you have received your goods and they are what you ordered but you have decided you do not want them you can return anything that has not been opened or tampered with and we will give you a refund. We will not be able to refund the cost of delivery in this case. If we receive the goods back and find that they have been damaged in any way we will not be able to offer a refund.
 
Cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Protection Regulations Act 2000 you are, as our customer, entitled to a cooling off period of seven business days from when you receive your goods. In this seven day period you should notify us if you wish to cancel your contract (order) with us and a full refund will be given upon return of the unopened goods. If you, as the customer, wish to return the goods (providing notification within the seven day period) then the return delivery costs will be borne by you the customer. If you are returning the products due to a fault with the order then we will pay the delivery costs. This will either be done by providing a postal voucher or by arranging a collection of the goods from you.
