Allsports Nutrition will dispatch all correct orders received within 1-2 working days.

For parcels delivered to UK Mainland and the Isle of Wight that weigh over 2Kg we use Citylink Next Working Day courier service.

Citylink will try to deliver your parcel to your chosen delivery address twice, if there is no one to sign for your parcel on two occasions you will need to collect the parcel from your local Citylink depot. If you have instructions where the parcel can be left, for example, with a neighbour or in a shed/garage, please let us know when you place your order. Please note, if you ask for your parcel to be left safe on your property it is left at your own risk.

If you receive a card from Citylink to say they have attempted delivery and would like to leave instructions for when they next attempt delivery please contact us on 01302 325163 or email any instructions to sales@allsports-int.co.uk

We can not alter your delivery address once the order has been dispatched so please ensure the there will be someone to receive the parcel or you are happy for the parcel to be left at your chosen delivery address.

If the parcel weighs under 2Kg it will be posted with Royal Mail on a Standard service which can take 1-4 working days. If you are not in when your parcel is delivered it will be taken back to your local post office/sorting office for you to collect.

If your order is over £30.00 and you live on UK Mainland your delivery will be free of charge. If it is under £30.00 there will be a flat-rate charge of £5.00

If you are having your parcel delivered to Isle of Wight there will be a flat-rate charge of £5.00 for all orders.

If you are having your parcel delivered to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Scottish Islands there will be a flat-rate charge of £6.50 for all orders.

All orders to the Channel Islands or the Scottish Islands will be delivered by Royal Mail/Parcelforce.

Orders to Northern Ireland and Isle of Man that are under 12Kg will be delivered by Royal Mail/Parcelforce. If the order is over 12Kg to these destinations it will be delivered by Citylink couriers.

For all deliveries to the rest of Europe and the rest of the world we use Parcelforce Worldwide postal service and the flat-rate charges are as follows:

Republic of Ireland - £30.00*

Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg - £42.50*

France, Germany & Denmark - £45.50*

Italy, Spain, Portugal & Greece - £48.50*

Rest of Europe - £60.00*

Far East & Australasia - £92.50*

Rest of the World - £115.00*

*If you are only placing a small order and think that this flat-rate charge is too high please telephone your order to +44 (0) 1302 325163 or fax your order to +44 (0) 1302 328771 and we are happy to quote a shipping charge for the exact weight of your parcel.
